N2 Extreme Gelato
Of all the new ice cream pop ups around Sydney, this is the most exciting. Using kitchen aid's to mix up the ice cream ingredients with liquid nitrogen before your very eyes, the most spectacular and scientific ice cream experience you will ever have. Amazing new flavours are found on the board that changes every week, all quite wacky but equally delicious for example, pumpkin and treacle pie, earl grey sorbet, river caramel and buttered popcorn.
